What We Believe

 

About God

We believe there is one God who is Ruler and Creator of the universe. He created the universe out of nothing and has continued to sustain his creation throughout time. He eternally exists and has revealed himself in three persons: the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

 

About Jesus Christ

We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, the second person of the trinity. He is co-equal with the Father, born of a virgin birth, lived a sinless life, paid the price of the sins of man by dying on the cross. He rose from the dead and ascended into heaven and he now mediates between God and man until his physical return.

 

About the Holy Spirit

We believe that the Holy Spirit is the third person of the trinity. He is co-equal with the Father and Son. He lives in every Christian and is given to them at the moment of salvation. His purpose is to lead all Christians to all truth and understanding and gives spiritual gifts to believers for the benefit of the church. He has been given us by God as a guarantee.

 

About the Bible

We believe that the Bible is the inspiration of God, written by human authors by the guidance of the Holy Spirit. The Bible is the Word of God and is infallible and without error.

 

About Man

We believe mankind was created in the image and likeness of God. However, because of the sin of Adam, all have inherited a depraved nature and is a sinful being in need of a Savior; that Savior being Jesus Christ.

 

About Eternal Security

We believe once saved, a true belieber CANNOT lose their salvation; we are eternally secure in Christ.

 

About Eternity

We believe people were created to exist forever. We will either exist eternally separated from God by sin, or eternally with God through forgiveness and salvation.
